Goose Creek High School is a comprehensive high school that also serves as the home of the Berkeley Center for the Arts (Berkeley County School District’s Fine Arts Magnet High School). We are a part of one of the fastest growing areas in Berkeley County. The student population of Goose Creek High School is large and diverse, with nearly 2200 students enrolled in grades nine through twelve.
At Goose Creek High School, students can engage in a wide-range of academic, athletic, and artistic endeavors. Our nationally award-winning BETA Club provides a means for students to demonstrate academic and artistic excellence. Students can participate in other clubs such as National Honor Society, Anime Club, Yearbook, and a host of other activities. We are a part of the SCHSL AAAAA conference. Students can participate in football, tennis, basketball, swimming, cheerleading, wrestling, cross-country, baseball, softball, soccer, and track and field.
We strive to meet the needs of all students by providing rigorous and engaging instruction, a variety of extracurricular activities, and a positive school climate.
